From the Chief...
My staff and I welcome you to the Official Richland Police Department Website. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to visit us here often.
As the Chief of Richland's law enforcement resources, I am looking to establish and maintain long lasting ties between my office, the community we serve, and the guests who visit our area. This department website will hopefully become a valuable tool in that quest.

When you see emergency lights....
Please pull to the right and stop when being approached by a police car, fire truck, ambulance, or other emergency vehicle.
When these vehicles are stopped, please SLOW and pass using the lane/position safest & furthest away from them.
