THE FINE CHART BELOW WAS EFFECTIVE July 15, 2008

MAKING YOUR FINE  PAYMENT Via Mail : Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check Via Internet : Credit Cards In Person : Cash, Checks, Money Order, Cashier's Check Instructions appear below...   To make a payment by mail Find your violation on the fine table located below; note the fine amount.  Sign your ticket on the back (if you can't find your ticket, enclose a note with your name and violation type). Make a note indicating your best address and phone number in case there's a problem with your payment. Send your address information, signed ticket (or note), and a  personal check,  money order,  or cashier's check      To "Richland Municipal Court" P.O. Box 798 Richland, Missouri (MO) 65556   The court clerk will send you a receipt.  If you fail to receive a receipt in a timely manner, you should contact the court clerk at (573) 765-3257 during normal business hours.     To make a payment with a credit card Find your violation on the fine table located below; note the fine amount. To pay via the internet, click HERE and you will be directed to the Official Payments Website.  On Official Payments' Website, you will be paying the: City of Richland, Missouri.  Payment type: Citations. Follow their easy-to-use steps.  Remember: Your "payment amount" will be the "fine amount" from the table below. You MUST pay each ticket separately. The payment processor (Official Payments Company) will charge you an additional $4.50 to pay your ticket via credit card. Be sure to include your 9 digit ticket number and name as it appears on your ticket when using their site.   Please be sure to include good contact information so you can be contacted if a problem arises. You will receive a receipt from their site.  Keep this confirmation as a record of your payment. Your transaction is complete and your ticket is paid.   To make a payment in person Find your violation on the fine table located below; note the fine amount.  Sign your ticket on the back (if you can't find your ticket, enclose a note with your name and violation type). Make a note indicating your best address and phone number in case there's a problem with your payment. Bring your payment to 201 S. Chestnut Ave, Richland MO 65556.  The court clerk's office is located in the police station; The clerk is generally available during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday, and accepts cash, checks, and money orders.  If the court clerk is not available, a drop box is located at the front of the police station / court clerk building.  If you deposit a payment in this box, the court clerk will mail you a receipt once the payment is posted.  For security reasons, PLEASE do not place cash in the drop box.
